Morning Success Chia Pudding
This time of year it’s important to be focused on keeping our immune system strong. Getting Vitamins A & C and zinc; as well as adding more fiber into our diet is essential for immune health. A quick and easy way our family starts our day getting what we need in the winter months is eating our Morning Success Chia Pudding– inspired by Basic Chia Pudding- Oh She Glows.
It takes a mere 10-12 minutes of prep the night before to set ourselves up for success the next morning.
Ingredients You Will Need:
3 cups of Soy Milk (our son prefers Silk Original )
¾ cups of Whole Chia Seeds (we use Bob’s Red Mill)
1 Tablespoon of Pure Maple Syrup (optional)
If you choose to use an Unsweetened Milk Alternative like Unsweetened Almond Milk, you may want to add in 1-3 Tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl whisk together all ingredients.

- Mix ingredients together one more time.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

- Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Did You Know???
Chia seeds are loaded with fiber!
Most milk alternatives like soy milk are fortified with Vitamin A.
Some great toppings to get some of those immune boosters mentioned above….
Raspberries: Vitamin C and fiber
Pepitas ( pumpkin seeds): Fiber and Zinc
Almonds: Vitamin A
Got kiddos? Have fun with this and set up a toppings bar for them to build their own bowl. When our son was younger he was more likely to enjoy trying new things if he had some choice in what was going in his bowl or on his plate.
THE VEGAN BURGER
We promise. This will be the best burger you’ve ever tasted and we mean it!
