Have you ever felt like you’ve hit rock bottom, only to realize that the journey downwards can take an even deeper plunge? It’s a place where hope seems distant, and the weight of life’s challenges feels almost unbearable. But here’s the twist – could it be that rock bottom is just the surface, concealing the profound transformations that await us?  Could these moments be the catalysts for something incredible?

Let’s think about those moments when we thought we couldn’t sink any lower, only to discover that life’s twists and turns can take us even deeper. It’s like peeling back layers of our own story, unraveling the tapestry of our experiences. But here’s the silver lining: rock bottoms might just be the catalyst for the breakthroughs we need. Perhaps, hitting rock bottom isn’t just a pitfall; it’s an opportunity to break open the barriers we’ve built around ourselves. It’s like the universe giving us a nudge to shed the layers of external validation and dig deep within, peel away the masks we wear, and connect with the spark of divinity within ourselves, that true healing begins.

Think about it – sometimes, we need to be broken open to allow room for breakthroughs. Imagine rock bottom as the fertile ground where these breakthroughs can flourish. It’s where we confront our core wounds that have been holding us back, those wounds that have kept us disconnected from our true selves.  It’s an invitation to face our shadow selves head-on, to heal the fractures that have kept us operating from a place of ego instead of authenticity.

Those core wounds that kept us from our authentic selves are finally faced, and a beautiful transformation unfolds.

Have you ever experienced a rock bottom that shook you to your core?  Did it lead you to a breakthrough that illuminated a path you never thought was possible? Remember, you’re not alone in this journey. By sharing your experiences, your wisdom, and your light – you can inspire  others to embrace the depths, heal their wounds, and rise from the rubble stronger, wiser, and more authentically connected than ever before.

We promise. This will be the best burger you’ve ever tasted and we mean it!

In 1996, something happened that changed my life forever. And, in turn changed many other lives, too. At the time I was in college working toward my degree in Psychology & Criminology. The summer before my senior year of college I was hit head on by a drunk driver.
