Explore mind-body connection & how to stimulate your vagus nerve through somatic practices that you can use in your everyday life. This will be an hour-long workshop where we will learn some critical information about your parasympathetic nervous system, the vagus nerve, and the mind-body connection. We will be doing light movement, stretching, intuitive dancing, and learning vagus nerve exercises to help regulate our bodies. Come as you are and learn something new about yourself!
